What people ask before they outsource

Answer-first guidance on cost, control, security and how quickly you can start.

What is outsourced accounting, exactly?+

It is delegating defined finance functions — bookkeeping, payroll, AP/AR, reporting — to an external team working inside your own accounting software. You keep the ledger, the data and the decisions; the processing and reporting work is done for you on an agreed calendar.

How much does outsourced bookkeeping cost?+

We quote a fixed monthly fee based on transaction volume, entity count and software. Clients can save up to 55% compared with an equivalent in-house hire*. There is no setup fee, and we provide a free two-week pilot.

Will we lose control of our numbers?+

No. Work happens in your file under named user access, with a weekly status report and a monthly close by an agreed date. You approve the scope, see every reconciliation trail, and can revoke access at any time.

Is our data secure with an offshore team?+

Client data is kept in client-approved cloud systems or on our secured, access-controlled internal servers, depending on the agreed workflow. The team works inside your cloud software under named, role-based access. NDAs, secure document channels and staff confidentiality agreements are standard, and the NDA is signed before any pilot work begins.

Which accounting software do you work in?+

Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks Online, Oracle, plus for document capture. We work inside your existing file — no migration is required to start.

How quickly can we start?+

About a week for a typical client: a 20-minute discovery call, then a free two-week pilot on real data. The pilot doubles as onboarding, so the process is documented by the time you approve a fee.

Do you work with accounting firms as well as businesses?+

Both. A large share of our work is white-label overflow capacity for accounting practices — your templates, your file naming and your branding, so your clients see only your firm.

What happens if we want to stop?+

There is no lock-in. Give 30 days' notice and you get a structured handover: reconciled ledgers, documented processes and access transferred back to your team.
